iPhone and iPad App

Wearcount: Clothes Wear & Wash Tracker

One tap to log a wear. One tap to log a wash. Wearcount tracks how often you wear each piece of clothing, tells you when it needs washing, and shows you the real cost per wear — so you know which items are earning their space in your closet.

Track What You Actually Wear

Every garment has a running wear count, wash count, and a wash-status badge. The app knows how many times you have worn a piece since you last washed it and tells you when it is due — with per-category thresholds you can customise (Tee = 3, Jeans = 7, Outerwear = 20, and so on).

Cost Per Wear

Add the purchase price and Wearcount divides it by the number of wears — automatically, with every new tap. The Stats screen ranks your whole wardrobe from best to worst cost per wear so you can see which pieces have paid for themselves and which are still sitting in the drawer.

Wear Goal — New in 1.1

Set a target cost-per-wear for any priced item and the app shows a live progress bar tracking how many more wears you need to reach it. A $120 jacket at a $1/wear goal needs 120 wears — Wearcount counts every one. The goal is stored privately on your device; no account needed.

CSV Export — New in 1.1

Export your entire closet as a spreadsheet-ready CSV file. Every garment's name, category, total wears, total washes, cost per wear, last worn date, and purchase price in one file — shareable directly from the app to Files, Numbers, Excel, or any other app on your device.

Care Guide — New in 1.1

A fully offline garment care reference built into the app. The symbol decoder covers all five GINETEX / ISO 6330 categories — washing temperatures, drying methods, ironing heat settings, bleaching rules, and professional dry-clean codes. The Fabrics tab adds per-fabric quick guides for Cotton, Wool, Silk, Linen, Polyester, Denim, Cashmere, and Viscose — each with recommended washing method, drying approach, ironing setting, and expected lifespan. No internet required.

Private by Design

Wearcount has no account, no cloud sync, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no subscription. Your closet data and photos stay on this device. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to opt out of. The app uses PhotosPicker so it never requests access to your full Photo Library.

Wearcount is a one-time paid download. No in-app purchases.
