ReplyRake Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 27, 2026. This policy explains how ReplyRake handles your data.
Data Handling
ReplyRake is a fully offline productivity utility. Your triage queue, reply snippets, content seeds, sprint history, and app settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data does not leave your device through the app.
Comment Text You Paste
ReplyRake processes only the text you deliberately paste or type into it. That text is stored locally so your queue can persist between sessions. The app does not read from your clipboard automatically. No pasted or typed text is transmitted by ReplyRake.
Reply Plan and Insights
Reply Plan, Audience Health, mood summaries, category counts, tag counts, funnel metrics, and sprint history are calculated locally from the queue and sprint records stored on your device.
No Tracking or Analytics
ReplyRake does not track users across apps or websites. It contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking code. No usage data, session data, or behavioral data is collected or transmitted.
On-Device Apple Intelligence
On supported devices, ReplyRake may use Apple's on-device language features to improve comment triage and reply drafts. ReplyRake does not send your text to a developer server for this feature. If the on-device model is unavailable, the app uses its local deterministic classifier.
Permissions
ReplyRake does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, health data, or other sensitive permissions. It uses standard local storage for app data.
Exports
ReplyRake can export Markdown briefings, Reply Plans, content plans, and sprint history CSV files. These exports leave your device only through the standard iOS share sheet, when you explicitly choose to share them.
Children
ReplyRake does not knowingly collect information from users of any age.
