ReplyRake: Comment Triage Workspace

Turn a pile of audience comments into a sorted, prioritized action queue. ReplyRake classifies replies, drafts editable responses, saves content ideas, tracks reply sprints, and now builds a session-ready Reply Plan, all on device.

Reply Plan in Insights

Version 2.1 adds a planner for real reply sessions. ReplyRake reviews your open queue and groups the work into due follow-ups, hot leads and fixes, content-seed candidates, normal replies, and cleanup. Each block includes an estimated time, item count, and first reply preview so you know what to handle first.

Batch Intake and Quick Add

Paste comments one per line and tap Rake, or use Quick Add for a single comment. ReplyRake deduplicates the list, classifies each comment into Lead, Question, Objection, Praise, Complaint, or Low Priority, assigns a 1-99 priority score, and adds helpful tags.

Queue and Focus Flow

The Queue tab sorts work by priority with lane filters and search. Each card includes a tone picker, reply length picker, vault snippet match, platform fit checks, copy action, seed action, and Done button. Focus Flow turns the queue into a single-card workflow for distraction-free triage.

Snippet Vault and Content Seeds

Save reusable reply snippets with trigger words, tone, and lane. Matching snippets appear automatically on relevant queue cards. Repeated questions can become content seeds with a hook, three beats, and a call to action, then export as a Markdown content plan.

Sprint Timer and Pulse

Run a focused reply sprint with counters for replied, seeded, and deferred work. Pulse keeps day streaks, lifetime totals, and recent sprint history so you can see whether your response habit is improving.

Offline by Design

ReplyRake does not require an account or outside service. Queue items, snippets, seeds, and sprint history stay on your device. Exports leave through the standard iOS share sheet only when you choose to share them.
