Quitstone
A private, offline counter for the things you've quit — smoking, alcohol, soda, sugar, vaping, doomscrolling, anything. Watch the time you've stayed clear grow second by second. Now with Insights: mood trend charts, trigger breakdowns, and a check-in activity calendar — all built from your journal, all on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking, no subscription.
New in 1.2: Check-in Insights
If you've been logging check-ins, Quitstone now shows you what the data says. The Insights screen plots your mood over time as a smooth line chart, shows which triggers appear most often as a bar chart, and renders a 28-day activity calendar so you can see at a glance which days you logged a check-in. A compact "This Week" card on each quit's detail screen surfaces your recent average mood and top trigger without navigating away. All built from journal data that was already there — no new permissions, no network.
A timeline of your recovery
Quitstone bundles an offline body-recovery timeline tied to your quit clock. Pick a category — Smoking/Vaping, Alcohol, Caffeine, Sugar/Soda, Cannabis, or Habit — and see what commonly recovers and when: heart rate easing in 20 minutes, carbon monoxide dropping in hours, lung function rising over months, long-term risks falling over years. Reached entries glow; the next shows a live countdown. Every entry is source-attributed and framed as general wellness information, not medical advice.
Mood trend & trigger chartsThe Insights screen plots your mood-rated check-ins as a daily-averaged line chart and your logged trigger tags as a frequency bar chart. Two or more mood-rated entries are all it takes to see your trend.
28-day activity calendarA heatmap grid shows which of the last 28 days you logged a check-in. Green squares = you showed up. It takes one second to see whether the past month was consistent or patchy.
