Mileglow Support

Help and contact information for Mileglow. Last updated June 13, 2026.

Getting Started

On the Trips tab, tap the + button, enter the miles, pick a purpose, and Save. Add a From/To destination and a short business purpose to keep audit-ready records. Mileglow estimates the deduction using the IRS rate for that trip's year.

IRS Rates

By default each trip uses the official IRS standard mileage rate for its own year (2018–2026 are built in). In Settings you can browse the rate history or turn off "Auto IRS rate by trip year" to set custom rates that apply to every trip.

Annual Tax Summary

The Tax Year tab shows your calendar-year deduction total, a per-purpose breakdown, and — if you add each vehicle's Jan 1 and Dec 31 odometer in Settings — your business-use percentage.

Export

Use the share icon on the Report or Tax Year tab to create an IRS-ready PDF report or a CSV, then share or save it anywhere. Files are generated on device.

Multi-Vehicle and Quick Entry

Add vehicles in Settings to keep separate logs and odometer readings, then assign trips and filter reports by vehicle. Save trip templates and favorite places, or tap "Repeat last", to log a recurring drive in seconds.
