Manifold App Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 27, 2026. This policy explains how Manifold App handles your data.
Data Handling
Manifold App stores workspace scene names, layout guide regions, context notes, checklist items, saved snapshots, export preferences, and accent color choices locally on your Mac using SwiftData. No account is required.
Information You Choose to Create
The app stores only the content you create inside it. This may include scene names, notes, checklist steps, layout guide data, snapshot names, and timestamps used for scene organization. That information remains under your control on your Mac unless you export it yourself.
Exports
When you use Export, the app writes the chosen JSON, CSV, text, Markdown, or Session Brief file to a location you select through the standard macOS save dialog. The app does not transmit exported files anywhere.
Tracking and Third Parties
Manifold App does not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, or crash-reporting services. It does not track you across apps or websites. It contains no ads.
Permissions
Manifold App does not request Accessibility access, Input Monitoring, Screen Recording, Apple Events, microphone, camera, location, contacts, or other sensitive macOS permissions. File access occurs only through standard macOS open/save panels at your direction.
Network Use
Manifold App is designed for offline use and does not require a network connection for its workspace planning features.
Children
Manifold App does not collect personal data from users.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
