The plan card uses local history, Quick Starts, momentum, timing patterns, and optional ratings to suggest one useful next task. Tap its action button to start that task.
Open Settings and choose 45, 60, or 90 seconds. The change applies to the next countdown.
The countdown screen shows one small first action. It can be generated on device when Apple Foundation Models are available, or selected from the local fallback library.
When the countdown finishes, choose 2, 5, 10, or 25 minutes, or tap "I'm good, done" to finish the session.
Before and after ratings are optional. Notes are optional too, and can be expanded later from history.
The Streak tab shows recent starts, streak count, timing patterns, task notes, ratings, and re-begin controls.
The timer can appear on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while running. If Live Activities are disabled in iOS Settings, the in-app timer still works normally.
Use Settings to erase local task history, notes, ratings, streak data, and Quick Starts from the device.
