MicrophoneIf the tuner cannot hear input, check Microphone permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.

TuningUse a quiet room and play one clear note at a time for best pitch detection.

MetronomeCheck sound and haptic settings if clicks or feedback are not active.

Practice PresetsTap the bookmark icon in the header to open the Presets sheet. Tap "Save Current Setup" and enter a name. To load a preset, tap "Load" next to it. Presets store instrument, tuning, BPM, time signature, and subdivision.

Flat vs. Sharp NamesTo switch between A#/D#/G# and Bb/Eb/Ab, open Settings and toggle "Show flats" under Display. This affects both the tuner readout and the Reference Tone panel.

Reference Tone Octave RangeThe Reference Tone panel shows the octave range for your current instrument. Change the instrument in Settings to update the range (bass: 1–3, guitar: 2–5, ukulele: 3–5, violin: 3–6).
