TonalSnap Privacy Policy
TonalSnap is designed for live, on-device tuning and metronome practice. The developer does not collect, sell, rent, or track personal data.
Data Collection
TonalSnap does not require an account and does not send personal data to a developer server. The developer does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, microphone audio, detected notes, tuning sessions, settings, contact information, or diagnostics from the app.
Microphone
TonalSnap requests microphone access only for live pitch detection while tuning. Audio is analyzed live on your device. TonalSnap does not record, save, upload, or transmit microphone audio.
Local Preferences
Instrument choice, concert A, tuning tolerance, haptic settings, metronome sound settings, last-used mode, flat/sharp display preference, and practice presets can be stored locally on your device. Practice presets contain only the settings you configured (instrument, tuning, tempo, time signature, subdivision) and are never transmitted.
Tracking And Advertising
TonalSnap does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
Children
TonalSnap is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
