Bid Total Calculator

A new tool in the Pro tab turns a raw cost estimate into the number you quote the client. Enter direct costs, then dial in overhead %, contingency %, and markup % with sliders. The waterfall shows each step — and a gross-margin callout explains why your markup and margin are different percentages. Share the full breakdown as text. Sourced from CFMA estimating best practices and Procore's construction cost guide.

Punch List

Every project now has a Punch tab for tracking open deficiencies and walk-through corrections before closeout. Add items with room, notes, assignee, and priority. Tap the status circle to cycle open → in progress → resolved. A progress bar shows completion at a glance. Items persist with the project across sessions.

Today Tab Quick Actions — Now Live

The three quick-action tiles in the Today tab (Add photo, Punch item, Change order) were previously decorative. They are now wired: tap any tile to navigate directly to the relevant section of your open project. If no project is active the tiles show as disabled with a prompt to open one first.

Earlier releases shipped the Markup ↔ Margin Converter, Waste Allowance Reference table for 10 material types, Quick Material Estimator (room dimensions → sheet/stud/paint/flooring counts), and CSV time log export for T&M invoicing.

Projects tab — create and manage jobs with client name, address, and status

Takeoff editor — add material, labor, equipment, and allowance lines with quantity, unit, unit cost, and waste %
Change order composer — title, scope, AI-assisted client narrative, line items, schedule delta, and signature capture; exports to PDF
Today tab — active project clock-in status and daily brief
Library tab — starter material catalog, subcontractor roster, and change order templates

Privacy

Stickframe stores everything on your device. No account is created. No data is sent to any server. Camera and photo library access is only requested when you actively capture a photo for a project.

One-Time Purchase

Stickframe is a single paid download from the App Store. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads, no tracking. Everything in the app is included in that one purchase.
