Stickframe Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 24, 2026. This policy explains how Stickframe handles data.
Data Handling
Stickframe is a local-first contractor workspace. Projects, rooms, dimensions, notes, photos, time entries, takeoff lines, change order drafts, and exported documents are stored on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up, or sync them through Apple system features.
Information You Choose to Store
The app may store information you enter or import, including project names, client labels, addresses or jobsite notes you type, dimensions, material notes, labor assumptions, photos you select or capture, and generated PDF packets. Stickframe does not require an account and does not send this information to a company server.
Camera and Photo Access
Camera and photo library access are requested only when you choose to capture or select jobsite images. Photos remain in the app's local storage unless you share or export them using iOS features.
AI Drafting Templates
The App Store build uses on-device drafting templates for change order and project text. Client details are not sent to a remote AI service.
Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising
Stickframe does not track you across apps or websites. It does not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not sell personal data.
Purchases
Stickframe is sold as a one-time paid App Store download. It does not use subscriptions, external purchases, or in-app purchases.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, remove exported files from their saved locations, or delete the app. Deleting the app removes its local app container data from the device, subject to any iOS backup or file copies you created separately.
Children
Stickframe is designed for professional jobsite and project documentation. It is not directed to children.
