Spectralane · App overview
Keep spectra, processing steps and annotations together.
Import spectra into a local notebook and inspect a recorded sequence of transformations and comparisons.
What you can do
- Import JCAMP-DX AFFN or ASDF and delimited spectra while keeping a hash of the raw source.
- Record crop, normalization, baseline, Savitzky-Golay and resampling steps, and accept peak annotations manually.
- Compare lanes with similarity measures and export CSV, JSON or PDF results.
Scope and limitations
Similarity measures such as RMSE, cosine similarity and spectral angle do not identify a substance. The app does not provide diagnostic interpretation, and its resampling does not extrapolate beyond the supplied range.
Your records, your choices
Imported spectral bytes, filenames, metadata, parsed values, recipes, annotations and notebook records are stored locally in the app.
