Shift Swap Liaison keeps shift coordination local.
Shift Swap Liaison does not require an account, does not track you, and does not use advertising or analytics SDKs. There is no company backend.
Information Shift Swap Liaison uses
Shift Swap Liaison stores your default name, email, phone, manager details, team label, shift cards, your swap history ledger, and your pay assumptions (base rate and differential percentages) locally on your device. This information is used only to fill in shift cards, prepare messages, and estimate shift value.
Sharing shifts
When you share a shift, the details are packaged into an app-only QR code or link that you choose to send through your own messaging app. Shift Swap Liaison does not send anything on its own and has no server.
Camera
The camera is used only when you choose to scan a shift QR code. You can also paste a link from the clipboard instead.
Calendar
Calendar access is requested only when you tap Add to Calendar, and it is write-only: the app can add a shift but cannot read your existing events. You can instead export the shift as a standard .ics file.
Export
Shift Swap Liaison creates CSV files, .ics files, and shareable images only when you choose an export or share action, and only through the system share sheet you control.
No tracking
Shift Swap Liaison does not track users across apps or websites, does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, includes no in-app purchases, and does not sell user data.
