Shift Swap Liaison is a local-first, no-account tool for hourly and shift workers whose employer does not provide a scheduling system. Fill a shift card, share an app-only QR code or link into the group chat you already use, and let a coworker accept or decline inside the app. Version 2.7 adds a Coverage Desk that scores open swaps, flags blockers, and shows the next action before coverage falls through.

After you create a swap card, tap Email or Text next to any saved teammate to open a pre-filled message straight to that person.
The app checks your draft shift against each teammate's usual unavailable days and flags a warning so you know who to ask first.
