Privacy Policy
PostProof is designed as a local-first creator utility. The app does not require an account, does not use advertising SDKs, and does not send your selected videos, captions, thumbnails, or exports to a developer-run server.
Information processed by the app
When you choose a video from Photos, PostProof processes that video on your device to check safe zones, format, duration, audio presence, detected text, detected faces, thumbnail candidates, captions, hashtags, trims, and export settings.
Where data is stored
Imported clips, generated thumbnails, score cards, and exported videos are handled locally on your device using Apple system frameworks. Temporary files may be created by iOS while the app is running. PostProof does not operate a customer database.
Photos access
PostProof asks for Photos access only so you can select a video to analyze and optionally save generated exports or covers back to Photos. You control which video is selected.
Tracking and analytics
PostProof does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, fingerprinting, cross-app tracking, or data brokers. The app does not collect data for tracking.
Data sharing
PostProof does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
Children's privacy
PostProof is a photo and video utility and is not directed to children under 13.
