Escapement

The pro accuracy tracker for mechanical watch collectors. Log drift by position, track regulation attempts with before/after results, log magnetism events, export PDF accuracy cards and CSV data — everything on-device, no account required.

What It Does

Escapement uses the two-point drift method: set your watch to an atomic reference, wait a day or more, compare again. It computes a signed seconds-per-day rate, buckets it against COSC and METAS standards, and tracks the trend over time for every watch in your collection.

Who It's For

Watch collectors who rotate mechanical pieces and want reliable, offline data on each one. Especially useful after regulation, after demagnetisation, or when deciding whether a movement needs professional attention.

Privacy

All data is stored on your device using SwiftData. Escapement never contacts any server, collects no analytics, and requires no account. The microphone is used only during an active timegrapher session — nothing is recorded or stored. Exports (PDF, CSV) go wherever you share them; the app retains no copy.
