An offline reference covering 30 major home systems across six categories: HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, exterior, and safety. Each entry shows expected service life range, typical replacement cost, and a maintenance tip grounded in NAHB, DOE, and HWA guidance.

Export and home sale documentation

Generate a PDF home report from the Annual Cost Report screen: cover page with address, at-a-glance summary, full appliance inventory with ages and warranty status, filter sizes, recurring task schedule, and lifetime service history. New in 1.3: export history or inventory as CSV for sharing with a buyer, real estate agent, or insurance company. The export uses the system share sheet — no cloud upload required.
