Spriters PetMaker

If you have ever wanted a small animated character that looks like your own cat, your dog, or a favorite photo, but you cannot draw dozens of frames by hand, this is the tool for that. Spriters PetMaker takes a single image and builds a full sprite sheet from it, so the tedious part of pixel animation is handled for you.

You start by picking a photo from your library or from Files. The app isolates the subject and removes the background, then produces a coordinated set of animation frames — idle, running, waving, jumping, and a handful of other actions — along with a complete set of directional poses. From there the fine controls let you shape the result. You can adjust scale and position, tune the pixel size, palette, outline, and contrast, and decide how much bounce, squash, and tilt the motion carries. Preview each action before you settle on it.

It is aimed at indie game developers, students, and anyone building a virtual pet or a small 2D project who needs usable sprite art without a full animation pipeline. When you are done, export the complete package or pull out the transparent PNG sprite sheet on its own, with size and grid validation so the output drops cleanly into a game engine.
