For a musician who wants practice time to add up to something, a stopwatch is not enough. PracticeBell is a practice app that plans the session, runs the tools you need while you play, and records what happened so the next session starts from the right place.

Plan Lab builds a time-boxed plan from your pieces, recent sessions, tempo targets, and deadlines, and flags the pieces that are overdue or stuck. During the session you get a proper metronome with subdivisions, accents, and tap tempo, a tempo-ramp trainer for gradual speed work, a drone for intonation, and a chromatic tuner that listens through the microphone and analyzes pitch on the device.

Afterward it keeps a piece library with target BPMs and notes, BPM progress charts, streaks and heatmaps, goals, and a searchable session history you can export to CSV or per-piece PDF. Offline scale, interval, and tempo references are built in for when you need to check something mid-practice.

Everything stays on your device. There is no account, no analytics, and no advertising, and the microphone is used only for the tuner, with audio analyzed live and never sent anywhere. It is meant for daily players, teachers, and self-guided learners who want visible progress rather than a vague sense of having practiced.

About PracticeBell

PracticeBell is a local-first music practice lab for musicians who want more than a basic timer. Plan what to practice, keep the metronome moving, tune by ear or microphone, track repertoire, review progress, and leave each session with a clear next step.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
PracticeBell stores practice records locally. It does not require an account, does not use analytics SDKs, does not include advertising SDKs, and does not send practice logs or microphone audio to a developer server. Microphone access is used only when you open the chromatic tuner, and audio is analyzed live on device.

PracticeBell is built for daily players, teachers, ensemble musicians, self-guided learners, and anyone who wants practice time to turn into visible progress.
