Using the app

1. Enter the device, reference and setpoint plan before recording manual captures.
2. Check the order and state of as-found and as-left readings and document invalidations rather than silently replacing evidence.
3. For a calculation question, provide a minimal non-confidential run packet and the independently expected result.

Before you rely on a result

Sensorcal records manual measurements and calculations. It does not control hardware or provide accredited certification, clinical decisions or vehicle, aviation or life-safety determinations.

Include the app name and version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, what you expected and the steps that reproduce the issue. A small non-confidential example or a redacted screenshot is usually more useful than a full private workspace.

Do not send passwords, API keys, private pairing keys, identifiable health records, confidential reports or other sensitive material. Support does not automatically receive your local app data.
