License
Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these product-specific terms. The app is sold as a one-time paid download; it contains no subscription or advertising.
Your Content
You retain responsibility for content you enter, capture, import, export, or share. You must have the rights and authorization needed to use that content.
Professional Judgment
RiderClose provides transparent calculations and documentation; contracts, settlements, taxes, and accounting decisions remain the user’s responsibility.
Availability
Keep portable backups of important work. Device loss, app deletion, operating-system changes, or storage failure may remove local data.
