Open the Pigment tab. Choose "From Calculate" to pull in the current batch mass automatically, or switch to "Enter mass" to type it directly. Pick your colorant type and intensity level. Resinly shows the exact grams to add and warns you before the 4% cure-risk limit. Use the colour split stepper to divide one batch into multiple tinted portions.
In the Projects tab, swipe right on any saved project to open the Notes sheet. Record temperature, humidity, resin brand, batch outcome, or anything else. Notes are saved privately on your device and appear as a one-line preview under the project name.
Open the Pro tab and enter your total volume, deepest section, max batch size, pot life, and room temperature. The planner splits the job into safe batches with Part A / Part B mass for each, a heat-risk score, and a temperature working-window gauge. Check the Bench Checklist before opening your bottles.
The Mix tab is a standalone batch splitter. Choose "Total vol", "Total wt", or "From A" depending on what you already know, enter the amount, and get the exact Part A and Part B in both volume and weight. Tap a resin preset to load its default ratio and densities.

Common Questions
Does the app require an account or internet?
No. Resinly is fully offline. No account, no sign-in, no network connection required at any point.
Where is my data stored?
All projects, notes, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.
How much pigment can I safely add?
The widely cited safe limit is 4% of the total mixed resin mass by weight. Above this, curing can be impaired. The Pigment Calculator shows a warning when you approach or exceed this threshold and always shows the gram limit alongside your chosen amount.
Why does the depth warning appear?
When your pour depth exceeds the typical single-layer limit for the chosen resin type, Resinly warns you and suggests a layer count. The limits shown are generic typical values — always confirm against your product's technical data sheet, which may differ.
The ratio on my resin says something different from the default. What do I do?
Tap "Customize ratio and density" in the Resin section of the Calculate tab (or set it directly in the Mix tab). Enter the exact ratio from your product's label. Resinly uses what you enter — it does not override your product's instructions.
What changed in version 1.2?
Version 1.2 adds the Pigment and Colorant Calculator tab (mica powder, pigment paste, alcohol ink, oxide pigment, with intensity levels and a multi-colour split tool), cure notes on saved projects (swipe right to add), and a temperature working-window gauge in the Pro Pour Planner.
