- Add medications with a clean form, or scan a printed label with on-device text recognition
- Computes next refill date from your dose, frequency, and pills per refill
- Schedules local notification reminders ahead of each refill (lead time 0–14 days)
- Lists what's coming up, including overdue refills with a clear warning
- Mark a medication as refilled today and the calendar updates automatically
