How do I get started?
Count usable on-hand quantities, review the generated Prep board, mark batches complete, log usage or waste, and inspect suggestions before applying a new par.
Does the app need an account or internet connection?
No. The app works without an account and has no developer-operated backend, advertising, or analytics.
Where is my information stored?
Your kitchen and station labels, prep-item names, units, on-hand counts, daily pars, batch yields, preparation times, completion state, usage, waste, 86 notes, and par suggestions are stored locally in the app on your device.
What happens when I share a report?
The app creates the report locally and presents the standard iOS share sheet. Nothing is uploaded by the developer; you choose the destination.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual records where the app provides that control. Deleting the app from your device removes its local app data.
What does the app not do?
PrepPar is a local production-planning aid. It does not manage staff accounts, certify food safety, monitor temperatures, enforce labeling or holding rules, or replace required kitchen procedures.
