Ductilab Privacy Policy
Effective July 20, 2026. This policy explains how Ductilab handles information.
Summary
Ductilab does not collect data, track you, show ads, require an account, or use a developer-operated backend. The developer does not receive, sell, or share personal information from the app.
Information on Your Device
The app may store editable inputs, imported rows, saved work records, comparison settings, and export history, plus images you deliberately select. These records remain in the app's local container and are not transmitted to the developer.
Device Permissions
The evidence workspace can open an image you deliberately select through Apple's system photo picker. The selected image is processed and stored locally and is never sent to the developer.
Sharing and Exports
When you choose a share or export control, Apple system interfaces handle the destination. The developer does not receive the exported content.
Network Access and Third Parties
The app has no developer-operated account service, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, or crash-reporting SDK.
Retention and Deletion
Local information remains until you delete it with available controls or remove the app. Apple-managed backups are controlled by your Apple settings.
Product Scope
Stress-strain calculations do not certify material performance. Confirm specimen geometry, machine calibration, test standard, units, and qualified engineering interpretation.
Children's Privacy
No personal information is knowingly collected from children or any other user because the app transmits no user data to the developer.
Changes
This policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before a future release changes these practices.
