Getting Started
Open Cave for climate and wheel status, Makes for vat records and yield math, Wheels for aging records, Care for flips, washes, and tastings, and Guide for offline reference plates plus the in-app privacy policy.
Accounts and Internet
No account or internet connection is required. The app has no developer backend, ads, analytics, tracking, subscription, or in-app purchase. It is not connected to other apps.
Stored Information
The app stores cheese make names, milk type and volume, culture and rennet notes, measured pH and temperature observations, wheel weights, salt targets, cave dates, care tasks, and tasting notes locally on your device.
Product Boundary
Curdphase organizes user-entered cheesemaking records and arithmetic. It does not validate a recipe, assess pathogens, certify pH meters, determine food safety, or replace current qualified dairy, sanitation, aging, and regulatory guidance.
