Cloutworth: Price Your Brand Deals Right

A brand slides into your DMs - now what do you charge, and should you accept the terms? Cloutworth gives you a defensible rate in seconds, reviews the offer for common creator-business risks, lets you price multi-deliverable packages, build a rate card brands respect, send a professional invoice, and track every deal from first DM to paid. Completely offline. No account or internet required.

Rate Calculator — Low, Fair, Stretch

Enter your audience size, average views, engagement, niche, and what the brand actually wants. Cloutworth gives you a low / fair / stretch negotiation band — not a single shaky guess. It blends four real pricing models (per-follower, views/CPM, engagement quality, and the professional multiplier method) and shows every step of the math, so you can explain your price instead of apologizing for it.

Bundle Calculator — Package Pricing

Brands rarely want just one post. The Bundle Calculator lets you add any mix of deliverables and quantities, applies an industry-standard bundle discount (5–20% based on piece count), and shows the per-piece average alongside the package total. Save the bundle directly as a deal or drop it into a rate card. Accessible from the Rate tab toolbar.

Offer Review — Know the Risk

The Review tab scores a brand offer against your calculated fair-rate anchor and the actual scope. Add the offer amount, payment timing, audience, deliverable, usage rights, exclusivity, ad usage, revision scope, contract status, disclosure plan, cancellation protection, and product-claim requests. Cloutworth returns a 0-100 score, term findings, and a practical acceptance checklist.

Counter Line — Negotiate Faster

When the offer is low or the terms are risky, Cloutworth recommends a counter ask and writes a copyable counter line. Save the review as a deal and the score, findings, checklist, and counter line carry into the pipeline notes so the next step is obvious.

Rate Cards — Share in Seconds

Drop your rates onto a clean, designed rate card — your name, handle, audience stats, niche, and a menu of deliverables with prices. Choose from five premium styles (Aurora, Mesh, Ink, Gold, Minimal) and export as a high-resolution image to send anywhere. The pricing half of a media kit, ready in under a minute.

Invoice Generator — Look Professional

Turn any tracked deal into a professional invoice image — brand name, deliverables, amount, payment terms (Upfront through Net 60), and a generated invoice number. Rendered on-device, shared via the iOS share sheet. Left-swipe any deal to open the invoice builder. No templates to fill in a browser, no PDF software needed.

Deal Tracker — Inquiry to Paid

Log brand conversations and move them through a six-stage pipeline: Inquiry, Negotiating, Booked, Delivered, Paid, Declined. See your pipeline value, what you've earned, and a monthly bar chart of paid deals. Nothing slips through the cracks. Export your full deal history as a CSV file anytime from the Deals tab toolbar.

Engagement as Your Leverage

Cloutworth grades your engagement rate against the published benchmark for your tier — because a smaller, hyper-engaged audience can out-earn a bigger, quieter one. When your rate beats the benchmark, the engine prices you up automatically and shows you the grade (Below benchmark / On benchmark / Strong / Elite) so you can use it in the pitch.

What Cloutworth Factors In

The base rate is just the starting point. Cloutworth layers in the things most creators forget to charge for:

Learn the Business

Nine short guides written for creators cover: how creators get paid, engagement rate, usage rights and whitelisting, exclusivity and add-ons, negotiating, pricing bundles and retainers, building a media kit, reading a brand contract, and disclosing partnerships. Plus eight copy-and-send negotiation scripts (including a bundle pitch and ambassador proposal), a 13-item contract red-flag checklist, and a 28-term glossary covering everything from CPM and CPV to Scope creep and Milestone payment.

What You Get

How the Rate Engine Works

Cloutworth blends four pricing models that brands actually use. The per-follower baseline (~$10–$25 per 1,000 followers, scaled by format) is averaged with a views/CPM estimate when you provide view data. Engagement quality adjusts the base up or down based on how your rate compares to the published benchmark for your audience tier. Then the multiplier layer adds niche, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting, rush, raw footage, and extra revisions — every factor is shown in the transparent breakdown. All figures are current industry estimates labeled as starting points for negotiation, not guarantees.
