Rate Calculator

Open the Rate tab. Enter your follower count, then add average views, likes, and comments if you have them. Pick a deliverable format and niche, then toggle on any add-ons (usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting, rush, raw footage, extra revisions). Your low / fair / stretch range updates instantly. Tap "Show the math" to see every step.

Offer Review

Open the Review tab. Enter the brand offer amount, payment terms, scope, usage rights, exclusivity, ad usage, contract status, disclosure plan, approval caps, cancellation protection, and product-claim requests. Cloutworth shows a 0-100 offer score, findings, a recommended counter ask, and a checklist. Tap "Save review as deal" to carry the review into the deal pipeline.

Bundle Calculator

Tap the cart icon in the top-left of the Rate tab to open the Bundle Calculator. Add deliverables using the + button and set quantities. Cloutworth suggests an automatic discount (5% for 2 pieces, up to 20% for 8+). Toggle "Override discount" to set your own. Save the result as a deal or add it to a rate card.

Invoice Generator

In the Deals tab, left-swipe any deal to reveal the Invoice button. Enter your name, handle, and payment terms, then tap "Share invoice" to export the invoice as a high-resolution image. The invoice number is auto-generated — tap the refresh icon to regenerate it.

Common Questions

How does the rate calculator work?
Cloutworth blends a per-follower baseline (~$10–$25 per 1,000 followers, scaled by format) with a views/CPM estimate when you provide view data, then applies an engagement quality multiplier and adds your chosen add-ons (niche, usage rights, exclusivity, etc.). Every step is shown in the "Show the math" breakdown. All figures are current industry estimates and starting points for negotiation, not guarantees.

What does Offer Review do?
Offer Review compares the brand's offer to your calculated fair-rate anchor and reviews practical deal terms that change risk: payment timing, usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting / paid ad usage, written scope, approval rounds, cancellation protection, disclosure planning, and product-claim requests. It is a workflow aid and not legal advice.

How do I use the Bundle Calculator?
Tap the cart icon in the top-left of the Rate tab. Add the deliverables the brand wants, set quantities, and the calculator shows the à-la-carte total, the suggested bundle discount, and the package price. You can override the discount with the toggle. Save the result as a deal or add it to a rate card.

How do I generate an invoice?
Go to the Deals tab, left-swipe on a deal, and tap "Invoice." Fill in your name, handle, and payment terms. Tap "Share invoice" to send the image via the iOS share sheet - save to Files, Photos, or send directly to your client. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

How do I export my deals as a CSV?
Go to the Deals tab and tap the share icon (⇧) in the top-left of the navigation bar. The app generates a .csv file containing all your deals and opens the iOS share sheet so you can send it to Files, Numbers, Mail, or any app that accepts files.

How do I build and share a rate card?
Go to the Cards tab and tap + to create a new card. Fill in your name, handle, tagline, audience stats, and niche. Add deliverable lines with prices (or pull rates from the Rate tab using "Add to card"). Pick a style, then tap "Preview & share" to export a 1080×1350 px image via the iOS share sheet.

Where is my data stored?
All your rate cards, deals, and settings are stored only on your device using SwiftData and UserDefaults. Nothing is sent to any server. Your data is included in standard iCloud / iTunes device backups.

Does the app require an account or internet connection?
No. Cloutworth is 100% offline with no sign-in of any kind. All features work without a network connection.

What currencies are supported?
Cloutworth supports USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, INR, BRL, JPY, MXN, and ZAR for display. Use the market adjustment slider in Settings to scale rates for your region. The engine works in market-neutral terms; currency only affects how numbers are displayed.

What is the "market adjustment" slider?
The rate benchmarks are calibrated for higher-rate markets like the US, UK, and AU. If you're in a lower-rate market, nudge the slider down (e.g. 0.75×). If you're in a premium niche market, nudge it up. 1.00× = the published benchmarks as-is.

Can I reset my saved rate inputs?
Yes. Go to Settings → Reset → "Reset saved rate inputs." This clears the numbers on the Rate tab. Your saved rate cards and deals are not affected.
