iPhone and iPad App — Version 1.2

Clip Cradle

A fully offline planner for short-form video. Give every clip a focused plan — hook, B-roll, captions, edit and publish status — then write a scroll-stopping hook in the Hook Studio, check the delivery specs and on-screen safe zones for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, confirm your length fits each platform, and export a one-tap production sheet. No account, no cloud, no subscription.

Hook Studio New in 1.2

The first 2–3 seconds decide whether a viewer keeps watching. Hook Studio bundles 18 proven hook structures across six research-named families — Contrarian, Mistake, List, Question, Result, and Direct Address — each with a fill-in template, a worked example, and a one-line reason it works. Type or paste your own hook and a live linter scores it 0–100 on four signals: tight length (the ~3-second / 10–14 word window), a curiosity open-loop, direct address to the viewer, and a concrete number. It returns a plain-English verdict plus specific tips. Structures are starting points, not copyrighted scripts.

Delivery Reference New in 1.2

A bundled, offline reference for the three short-form destinations. For TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts it shows aspect ratio, resolution, maximum length, and maximum file size, plus the on-screen safe zone — the top UI band, bottom caption/progress band, and right-edge action rail (in pixels and percent of a 1080×1920 frame) — with a scaled 9:16 preview of the clear band where your hook and captions stay visible. Includes the universal cross-platform safe zone (900×1400 centered). All data is on-device and cited.

Platform Fit Check New in 1.2

Set a target platform and a planned length on any clip plan. Clip Cradle instantly tells you which platforms can hold it and which it overflows — a 5-minute cut fits TikTok but is too long for Reels and Shorts (both cap at 3 minutes). If your planned length exceeds the chosen platform's limit, you get a clear warning before you film, not after you edit. The platform and length also show as pills in the library list.

Production-Sheet PDF New in 1.2

Open any clip plan and tap the export icon to generate a clean, US-Letter production-sheet PDF: title, status, category, due date, the delivery block (platform, length, fits/overflows, frame, and safe-zone margins), the brief, a numbered shot list parsed from your notes, and a delivery checklist. Share it, print it, or hand it to a collaborator — no account required.

Focused Clip Plans

Each clip gets a card with a hook angle, B-roll shots, caption, edit status, and publish readiness — instead of a messy notes thread.

Searchable Library

Filter by status, sort by due date, newest, title, or category, and full-text search across every field. Swipe to mark done, tap to edit.

Smart Dashboard

A Today view with a smart brief, attention list, due-this-week count, and a detail score that flags records too thin for a clean export.

Text & CSV Export

Share a plain-text shoot checklist or a CSV of your whole library — ready for Numbers, Excel, or any content scheduler.

Category Spread

A bar chart of how your plans split across Hook, B-roll, Caption, Edit, and Publish so you can see where your pipeline is thin.
