About Halyarde
Halyarde is an offline maritime visual-signal field reference and training studio for sailors, educators, scouts, and signal enthusiasts.
Search 628 two-letter International Code of Signals entries transcribed from the U.S. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's Pub. 102. Search by code or meaning, filter by operational category, save favorites, and open each signal's publication page reference.
Compose or decode signal-flag hoists, review the Signal Deck, and practice flags, semaphore, or code signals with adaptive sessions that prioritize unseen and weaker items. Training history, progress, and favorites stay on your device.
The app also includes alphabet flags, numeral and substitute pennants, A-Z semaphore positions, the ICAO phonetic alphabet, Morse reference with optional sound and haptics, and in-app scope and source notes. Core reference and training tools work offline.
Halyarde has no account, subscription, advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer data collection. Photo-library add access is requested only when you choose to save a generated hoist image.
Halyarde is for education and reference. For real marine operations, follow current official publications and instructions from the relevant authorities.
