• Microphone permission is required to record a yap.
• Speech recognition permission is required for transcription.
• Notifications are optional and only used for wrap-time reminders.
• Generated PDFs are available from the Library tab after wrapping a day.
• Decision Briefs appear after wrapping a day with enough transcript text to identify decisions, risks, next moves, or questions.
• Search works across all transcribed memos.
• Exports are built on your device. Tap Export in Settings or the Library tab to get started.
