Getting Started
Open Dashboard to review the sample workspace, Workbench for the calculator, Records for editable local entries, Library for offline reference plates, and Export for a local PDF packet.
Accounts and Internet
No account or internet connection is required. The app has no developer backend, ads, analytics, tracking, or subscription.
Stored Information
The app stores chocolate batch names, couverture and lot notes, user-entered temperature observations, mold and cavity capacities, shell and filling weights, ingredient costs, piece counts, losses, photos you select, and tasting notes locally on your device.
Product Boundary
Temperarc records user-entered chocolate process observations and estimates. It does not verify temper, shelf life, allergens, sanitation, ingredient safety, or regulatory compliance. Follow current supplier, recipe, food-safety, and labeling guidance.
