MIDI data remains under your control
Syxloom stores imported and captured SysEx bytes, names, tags, notes, send sets, device pacing profiles and transfer history locally. It has no account or developer-operated upload service.
Connections you choose
CoreMIDI provides connected USB, Bluetooth, virtual and configured network MIDI endpoints. When you confirm a transfer, the selected endpoint receives the message bytes. Any network MIDI route you configure may send them beyond the device; Syxloom does not upload them to the developer.
Permissions and local settings
Bluetooth permission supports Bluetooth MIDI connection workflows. Local preferences are used for app settings. Syxloom does not request microphone, camera, contacts, location or tracking access.
Backups and sharing
Workspace backups and .syx exports can contain exact message bytes, instrument identifiers, names and notes. Transfer receipts contain message hashes and results rather than a second copy of every payload. Files are unencrypted. The backup checksum detects accidental corruption; it does not authenticate the author. Only share files with destinations you choose and trust.
Retention and deletion
Delete records using the app's library and history controls or remove the app to delete its local storage. Recovery files, exported backups and Apple device backups may retain earlier data. Copies outside the app must be deleted separately.
No advertising or tracking
The app does not contain advertising, analytics or third-party tracking SDKs. The developer does not collect the app data described above. There is no account registration or sale of app data.
Websites and support email
When you open a support, privacy or reference link, the website receives the network information needed to deliver the page and may keep operational security logs. Your app files are not automatically attached. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond to your support or privacy request.
