User-created records are stored locally on the device.

Reviewer can add a course block, create a source-backed note, and export the study packet.
What changed in Current build?
Current build adds search, sorting, record editing, Toolkit templates, smart planning, quality scoring, and CSV export while keeping the app local-first.
