the App Store product page
Comparison card not showingThe "vs. Last" comparison card only appears after you have at least one previously saved session of the same talk type. Run a second Pitch (or Toast, etc.) session and save it — the card will appear on the report and on the saved session detail view from then on.
Iteration history stripThe mini score bar chart on the saved session detail view shows your last eight sessions of the same talk type, oldest on the left and newest on the right. It appears once you have two or more saved sessions of that type.
No microphone accessIf you declined microphone or speech recognition permission, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone (or Speech Recognition) and enable Speakloft. The app shows a direct link to Settings when permission is missing.
Pace meter shows dashesOn-device speech recognition may not be available on your device or locale. The app falls back to timing-only mode — duration and pauses still work. A banner on the live screen explains when this is active.
Filler count seems lowFiller detection is best-effort — on-device recognition sometimes skips disfluencies. The app labels filler counts as estimates everywhere they appear. This is by design, not a bug.
Talking points / cue cardsOn the Practice screen, type your bullet points (one per line) in the Talking points field before tapping Start. During the 3-2-1 countdown your notes appear as a cue-card panel. They are saved with the session and shown again on the session detail view in History.
Session goalsChoose a goal (Score 80+, Fewer than 3 fillers/min, Hit the time target, or Steady pace) on the Practice screen before you start. After the session the report card shows whether the goal was met. Saved sessions remember which goal was set. The "Hit the time target" goal is greyed out when no target is chosen (Freestyle mode with target set to Off).
Practice streakThe streak counter in the History trend header shows how many consecutive calendar days you have saved at least one session. It updates as soon as you save a new session. The streak resets if you go a full calendar day without saving a session.
Export CSVOpen Settings (gear icon on the Practice tab), go to Data, and tap Export as CSV. The iOS share sheet will open so you can send the file to Files, Numbers, Mail, or any compatible app.
Delete a sessionIn the History tab, long-press or swipe a session row and choose Delete. To delete all sessions at once, go to Settings → Data → Clear all history.
Sample sessionsOn first launch, three example sessions are added so the History trend view has something to show. You can delete them any time.
