Sipcare privacy policy

Sipcare does not collect personal data from users.

  • No account creation
  • No analytics SDK
  • No advertising or tracking
  • No user-generated public content
  • No network connection — the app works fully offline

Patient names, ages, daily targets, fluid entries, notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device in the app's private local storage so the app can compute totals, render charts, and generate shift reports. No data is transmitted to any server.

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. If you enable them, the app asks for notification permission; no reminder data is sent anywhere. The app functions normally if you decline.

Export and sharing are entirely under your control. When you generate a handoff report or export a CSV file, the app creates the content on-device and hands it to the iOS share sheet so you decide where it goes. The app never uploads your data on its own.

Sipcare is a caregiver tracking log, not a medical device. It does not collect protected health information (PHI), does not connect to any electronic health record system, and does not process data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you on this device.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
