Riskquarry: Delivery Odds

iOS app by Shadowfetch · App Store ID 6792557959 · iOS

Riskquarry is a local probabilistic delivery workbench for technical leads, consultants, independent developers, operations teams, and project owners who need honest schedule ranges without moving plans into another cloud.

Run thousands of seeded task-duration scenarios and plan around a chosen confidence percentile rather than a single optimistic sum.

Key Features

Seeded deterministic Monte Carlo engine
P50, P80, and P95 delivery range
Optimistic, likely, pessimistic tasks
Task uncertainty risk screen
Assumption and owner register
10,000-run export forecast
Decision and contingency log
Fully local project data
Native structured-file or CSV import
Local PDF, workspace JSON, and domain-artifact export
No account, ads, analytics, tracking, IAP, or subscription

Riskquarry simulates entered triangular task estimates and does not predict the future. Dependencies, correlation, scope changes, staffing, queues, interruptions, quality, and unknown work can dominate the result. Revisit assumptions with the people doing the work and communicate ranges, not guarantees.
