Postmarked Silence Support

Help with the current iPhone and iPad version, offline progress, Game Center, audio, and accessibility.

Getting Started

Choose Campaign, Daily Letter, or Weekly Archive and begin a shift. Open Letter, Evidence, Records, and Map, then file one of five dispositions and follow the resulting city change.

Data and Connectivity

Postmarked Silence works without an account or developer-operated backend. Campaign progress, run scores, daily and weekly completions, and preferences remain in the app's local container. Optional Game Center features require the Apple Game Center service and the player's Apple Account.

Restore or Reset

Use the available in-app restart or reset control for the current mode. Deleting the app removes its local progress and preferences; Apple-managed device backups are controlled by the player's system settings.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. The complete game remains playable when Game Center is unavailable or disabled. Sign-in, profile, leaderboard, achievement, and challenge services are operated by Apple.

Accessibility

The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels, Reduce Motion, and symbols or text that do not depend entirely on color. System-wide options remain available in iOS and iPadOS Settings.

Purchases

The App Store purchase includes the complete version. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, ads, external purchase links, paid timers, or remotely unlocked features.

Product Scope

Postmarked Silence is original fictional entertainment. It never reads, sends, or imports the player's real mail or contacts.

Response Information

When contacting support, include the app name, version 1.0, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a concise description of what occurred. Do not send sensitive personal information.
