the App Store product page
Placing PlantsTap any cell in the bed editor to open the plant picker. Search by name or filter by category. Long-press a filled cell to clear it. Changes are saved when you tap Save.
Companion BordersA green border means 2 or more companion plants are adjacent. A red border means an antagonist plant is directly next door (not diagonal). Turn the overlay off in Settings if you prefer a plain grid.
Harvest TimelineThe timeline shows expected harvest dates for cells that have a planting date recorded. If a cell shows "No planting date set," clear it with a long-press and re-place the plant — Plotbed records today as the planting date when you first place a vegetable.
Spacing NumbersThe square-foot spacing figure in the plant library is from the SFG standard (Bartholomew 2018). It tells you how many plants fit in one 12-inch square at the recommended spacing.
Share PlanTap "Share Plan" on a bed detail screen to export a plain-text summary. Use it for a seed-order list, to paste into a garden journal, or to share with a fellow gardener.
Erasing DataGo to Settings and tap "Erase all beds" to remove every saved plan from this device. This cannot be undone. Individual beds can be deleted with a swipe or the context menu on the Beds list.
