PlateMath Privacy Policy
PlateMath is designed for local meal estimates. The developer does not collect, sell, rent, or track personal data.
Data Collection
PlateMath does not require an account and does not send personal data to a developer server. The developer does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, meal history, photos, camera captures, nutrition estimates, notes, contact information, or diagnostics from the app.
Camera And Photos
PlateMath uses the camera only when you choose to photograph a meal. If photo-library access is available, it is used only when you choose an existing photo. Images are processed locally by the app and are not uploaded to a developer service.
Meal History And Trend Data
Meal logs, goals, reminders, notes, estimates, and the weekly calorie and macro trend data computed from them are stored locally on your device. You can delete individual plates by swiping left in the History list, or clear your entire history in the app at any time.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. PlateMath does not send reminder data to a developer server.
Tracking And Advertising
PlateMath does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
Nutrition Notice
PlateMath provides food-photo estimates for general informational use only. It is not a substitute for professional dietary, nutrition, or health guidance.
Nutrition References
PlateMath links to public nutrition references from USDA FoodData Central and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for general food-label context. These links open only when you choose them.
Children
PlateMath is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
