Pickleline: Line-Call Replay Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 14, 2026. This policy explains how Pickleline handles data.
Video and Camera
Pickleline uses the camera only while the Camera tab is active and recording the ring buffer. Video is written to your device's local cache folder. It is never uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere. iOS will automatically reclaim cached video files if storage runs low. Unpinned clips auto-delete after 60 minutes.
Clip Metadata and Score Data
Labels, shot tags, call tags, game score stamps, and pin status are stored locally in a JSON index file alongside the video files in the cache directory. Match score state is stored in UserDefaults on your device. None of this data leaves your device.
Tracking and Third Parties
Pickleline does not track users across apps or websites. It contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no network calls of any kind.
Permissions
Pickleline requests camera access to record the ring buffer, and microphone access so playback includes audio. Both permissions can be revoked at any time in the iOS Settings app. The app will still launch and show the clip library without camera permission; only live recording will be unavailable.
Accounts
Pickleline has no accounts and requires no sign-in.
