User-created records are stored locally on the device.

Reviewer can create a trip profile, mark forgotten items, and export a packing list.
What changed in Build 2?
Build 2 adds search, sorting, record editing, Toolkit templates, smart planning, quality scoring, and CSV export while keeping the app local-first.
