Lanevector Privacy Policy
Effective July 15, 2026.
Summary
Lanevector does not collect data, track users, show ads, require an account, use subscriptions, or use a developer-operated backend. The developer does not sell or share personal information from the app.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores information you choose to enter, including bowling ball names, core and cover notes, drilling layout, surface history, game counts, lane and pattern labels, feet and board targets, leaves, results, photos you select, and practice notes. This information remains in local app storage on your device and is not transmitted to the developer.
Sharing and Exports
If you create a PDF packet, it is generated locally and passed to Apple's system share sheet. You choose the destination. The app does not upload the packet to the developer.
Permissions and Network Access
Version 1.0 does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library, or notification permission. It makes no developer network requests and contains no third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK.
Retention and Deletion
Local records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Deleting the app removes local app data, subject to normal iOS backup behavior controlled by you and Apple.
Product Scope
Lanevector is a personal equipment and observation notebook. It does not read lane machines, guarantee ball motion, prescribe drilling, replace a pro shop operator or coach, or determine competition legality. Verify equipment and lane decisions with qualified sources.
