- No subscription is required.
- No ads, tracking, analytics SDKs, or developer backend are included.
- Twelve built-in workout presets let App Review test the timer immediately on first launch.
- Audio cues are foreground-only (played during active workout sessions while the app is visible).
- To test Speak phase names (v1.2 build 4): go to Settings → Cues & Feedback → toggle "Speak phase names" ON, then start any workout. Each step name is spoken aloud at every phase boundary.

Common questions
Check iPhone haptics and silent mode settings. Haptics require the app to be foreground and the device unlocked — this is an iOS system constraint.
Check device volume and Bluetooth output. Toggle cue sounds in Intervo Settings → Cues & Feedback.
Speak phase names is off by default. Enable it in Settings → Cues & Feedback → "Speak phase names". Check device volume and that the device is not on silent.
Intervo can duck music during cues. Switch to Mix mode in Settings → Music & Audio if you prefer cues over your music at full volume.
The timer is anchored to wall-clock time so it stays accurate after locking or app switching. Return and the countdown is exactly where it should be.
Sessions are logged when the workout reaches the Finish screen naturally (or via skip-to-end). Stopping mid-workout does not log a session.
Version 1.2 adds seven new presets. They appear in the Templates gallery (grid icon, top-right). Tap Use to add an editable copy to your library.
Open the History screen (clock icon, top-left of the library), then tap the share icon at the top-left of the sheet. Choose AirDrop, Mail, or another app to receive the CSV file.
