ClaimDock does not require an account, does not track you, and does not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
Information ClaimDock uses
ClaimDock stores purchase names, dates, prices, retailer details, product category, custom return-window settings, receipt notes, reminder preferences, generated deadline information, Claim Plan text, and Claim Readiness checklist status locally on your device.
Camera and photos
ClaimDock uses the camera only when you choose to scan a receipt. Photo library access is used only when you choose to add an existing receipt image.
Notifications
ClaimDock can schedule local reminders for upcoming purchase deadlines when you enable notifications.
Sharing and export
ClaimDock creates PDF claim packets, calendar (.ics) deadline files, copied Claim Plan text, contact scripts, or purchase summaries only when you choose an export, copy, or share action. Claim Readiness scores, Claim Plan timelines, contact scripts, and missing-evidence lists are computed from the purchase information stored on your device. These files and text snippets are generated on your device; ClaimDock does not send them anywhere on its own. When you add a calendar file to a calendar app or share text with another app, that app's own privacy practices apply.
No tracking
ClaimDock does not track users across apps or websites, does not use third-party advertising SDKs, and does not sell user data.
