Caflume Privacy Policy
Effective July 18, 2026.
Summary
Caflume does not collect data, track users, show ads, require an account, use subscriptions, or use a developer-operated backend. Shadowfetch Studios does not sell or share personal information from the app.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores the workspaces, records, notes, settings, and files you choose to create or import. This information remains in the app container on your device and is not transmitted to Shadowfetch Studios.
Permissions
Version 1.0 does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo-library, or notification permission.
Sharing and Exports
Portable archives and PDF reports are generated locally and passed to Apple system interfaces. You choose whether and where to save or share them. The app does not upload exports to the developer.
Network, Analytics, and Tracking
The app makes no developer network requests and contains no third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK. Background maintenance only removes stale temporary exports created by the app.
Retention and Deletion
Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app, subject to device backups and files you exported under your control.
Product Scope
Caflume provides transparent planning estimates. It does not certify building-code, accessibility, fire, electrical, plumbing, food-safety, or equipment-manufacturer compliance.
