Rest CoachTap the Rest Coach card on the home screen. It shows a local rhythm score, recent trend, suggested next session, and a two-week chart. No account or cloud sync is required.

ScoreThe score summarizes local progress, consistency, and recent pattern. It is a habit-planning signal, not medical advice or a wellness diagnosis.

Next SessionThe suggested session length is meant to keep the next phone-down break low-friction. You can ignore it and use Bonsai however you like.

GrowthPassive growth is based on time between app opens and is gently capped so one long break does not skip the whole tree.

HistoryOpen History from the menu to review rest by day, recent sessions, total rest, tree age, and stage progress.

Photo ExportIf export is unavailable, check Photos permission in iOS Settings.

SoundAmbient soundscapes are optional and synthesized on device.
