Privacy Policy

Aural Alibi does not collect personal data, track players, show advertisements, require an account, record audio, or request microphone access.

Local game data

Case progress, reconstructions, settings, accessibility preferences, and local records are stored on your device. The developer does not operate a backend and does not receive this information.

Included audio

The game plays original soundscapes bundled inside the app. It does not listen through the microphone and does not record, upload, or analyze sounds from your environment.

Optional iCloud synchronization

If you enable iCloud synchronization, Apple CloudKit may privately synchronize saved game snapshots between devices signed in to your Apple Account. The developer does not use that information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking. You can leave synchronization disabled and retain full offline play.

Optional Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center identity, scores, achievements, and challenge activity according to Apple’s privacy policy and your Game Center settings. Aural Alibi sends only the score and achievement events needed for those features. The developer does not operate a separate account system.

Analytics, tracking, and advertising

Version 1.0 contains no third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking technology, external purchase flow, or developer-operated network service.
