Where are records stored?
User-created records are stored locally on the device.

Reviewer can create a next action, change energy/time fields, and export the day memo.

Build 2 adds search, sorting, record editing, Toolkit templates, smart planning, quality scoring, and CSV export while keeping the app local-first.
