Aquiferlog Privacy Policy
Effective July 17, 2026.
Summary
Aquiferlog does not collect data, track users, show ads, require an account, use subscriptions, or use a developer-operated backend. The developer does not sell or share personal information from the app.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores information you choose to enter, including property and well IDs, construction and depth notes, user-entered water levels, pump and pressure tank information, treatment equipment, laboratory report notes, service dates, costs, photos you select, and tasks. This information remains in local app storage on your device and is not transmitted to the developer.
Sharing and Exports
If you create a PDF packet, it is generated locally and passed to Apple's system share sheet. You choose the destination. The app does not upload the packet to the developer.
Permissions and Network Access
Version 1.0 does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library, or notification permission. It makes no developer network requests and contains no third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK.
Retention and Deletion
Local records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Deleting the app removes local app data, subject to normal iOS backup behavior controlled by you and Apple.
Product Scope
Aquiferlog stores records and planning estimates. It does not interpret potability, diagnose contamination, recommend treatment, certify laboratory results, assess well construction, or replace accredited testing, public-health authorities, licensed contractors, and current local requirements.
